1. Order Confirmation
By accepting these terms and conditions, upon confirmation of the customer’s order, a written and binding agreement is entered between the customer and AQO. Once an order is completed on aqo.net, the customer will automatically receive a confirmation of the purchase. In case of errors or omissions in the order, we aqo.net reserve the right NOT to send the product to the customer, and thus cancel the order.

2. Age Restriction
We aqo.net require parental or guardian consent for customers under the age of 18. Name and contact information of the person giving consent must be provided at the checkout.

3. Payment Methods
aqo.net accepts VISA/Dankort, VISA Electron, MasterCard, Maestro and PayPal. If payment is by debit or credit card, the customer must enter all the necessary information on the card and, in the case of a transaction with 3D Secure, the security code. All information is sent securely to aqo.net, using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) through an encrypted connection; this prevents any unknown and unauthorised sources from accessing customer information. aqo.net does not store customer credit card information after completing the transaction.

All prices for EU based customers include Danish VAT. Prices are without shipping or other services that aqo.net may offer, aqo.net reserves the right to change prices at any time.

5. Returns
The customer may cancel her/his purchase by giving unambiguous notice within 30 calendar days from the date of receiving the item. The cancellation deadline is met if the customer sends the notification before the 30-day period. The item must be shipped without undue delay and no later than 30 days from the date of dispatch. AQO will reject all returns that do not meet the above requirements. Please note that the customer must retain the receipt of the return shipment until the product is received and refunded by aqo.net

By using the right of withdrawal, reasonable costs will also be refunded. The total amount is refunded without undue delay and no later than 14 days from receipt of notice of withdrawal. However, aqo.nt may withhold the refund until the item has been received or until the customer has submitted documentation for returning the item, whichever is the earliest.

If the customer wishes to exchange an item, this can be done by placing a new order and returning the unwanted item. Once aqo.net receives the returned product, the items(s) are refunded.

An item can be returned, regardless of its use. The customer, however, is liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to other handling than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and manner of the product. If the customer has handled the product differently than what is necessary to test the product in a general way and the value of the product, as a result, is deteriorated, aqo.net will deduct an amount corresponding to the impairment.

In case the customer does not agree with aqo.net’s handling of the cancellation right, and the customer is unable to find an amicable solution with aqo.net, the customer may complain with the Centre for Complaints Solution if the conditions for this are met (see www.forbrug.dk)

6. Warranty & Repairs
All products from aqo.net come with a 2-year manufacturing warranty. This warranty includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not apply to defects caused by normal wear and tear. For warranty claims please contact us by clicking the chat icon.

Please note, all items for repair should be washed and cleansed of stains and odour. Any garment returned with stains and odours will automatically be rejected and returned to the customer.

The deadline expires on the day of receipt of the goods. In determining a claimable defect in the goods, the customer must notify it within a reasonable period of time from the date on which the defect was detected or should be discovered. Anything within 2 months of this day will always be within a reasonable time.

If the claim is justified, the customer will be refunded reasonable costs for shipping the item.

7. Shipping
Deliveries will be carried out by GLS  and DHL will deliver international orders. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions. All orders are insured, and Track & Trace information is provided via SMS and/or email upon dispatch.

Shipping times for regular service in Europe are 1-4 business days and 2-5 days for orders out of Europe. aqo.net accepts no responsibility for delays in customs processes outside the EU. Please use our shipping times as a guide. Some countries may experience extended shipping times due to exceptional shipping requirements.

Shipping costs will be added at the checkout and may vary from country to country. Prices shown on aqo.net are added to the order during the checkout process. Customer Service is at the customer’s disposal to answer any questions regarding shipping costs by clicking the chat icon.

aqo.net reserves the right to request additional shipping costs from the customer on orders for multiple items.

8. Privacy
aqo.net treats customer information with the utmost respect and integrity. No information will be disclosed to third parties.
